Welcome to Lucky Blaze Social. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Lucky Blaze Social ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of our website, games, fun chips and any related features (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Lucky Blaze Social is a free-to-play social casino designed for entertainment only. Our games — including Blackjack, Roulette, Slots and Coin Flip — are played with virtual "fun chips" that have no monetary value.

We do not offer real-money betting, real-money gambling, or real-money winnings of any kind. Because no money or money's worth is staked or won, the Service does not constitute gambling under the UK Gambling Act 2005 and is not licensed or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission.

2. Eligibility

4. Fun Chips & Virtual Items

• Fun chips are virtual items licensed (not sold) to you for personal, non-commercial use within the Service.
• Fun chips have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, goods or services.
• Fun chips are non-transferable between accounts and may not be sold, traded or gifted for anything of value.
• We may grant, adjust, reset, expire or revoke fun chips at any time, at our sole discretion.
• You acquire no ownership rights in any virtual item, and your licence ends if your account is closed.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Service you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to hack, decompile, reverse-engineer, disrupt or exploit the Service or its games.
• Use bots, scrapers, automation tools or scripts to interact with the Service.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Harass, threaten, defame or abuse other users or our staff.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware or any harmful code.
• Circumvent age, geographic or self-exclusion restrictions.
• Sell, trade or attempt to monetise fun chips (any such transaction is void and will result in account termination).

6. No Real-Money Gambling

The Service is for social entertainment only. Nothing on Lucky Blaze Social constitutes an offer or promotion of real-money gambling. Performance in our social games does not predict or imply success at any form of real-money gambling. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, game mechanics, software, and the overall look and feel — is owned by Lucky Blaze Social or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

8. User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, messages or other content to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify and distribute that content for the operation and improvement of the Service. You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Blaze Social, its directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed £100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucky Blaze Social against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal compliance, or discontinuation of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, no gambling, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will remain in effect.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service — including individual games or features — at any time without liability.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Where changes are material we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such disputes, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.

18. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Play policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
